The pet is guaranteed to be in good health and free of contagious illness at the time of sale. If a veterinarian finds a serious congenital or hereditary defect within 12 months of purchase that materially affects the pet's quality of life, the breeder will, at the breeder's sole option:
(a) refund the purchase price upon return of the pet in good condition, or
(b) replace the pet with another of equal or better quality when available.
This guarantee does NOT cover routine illnesses, accidents, neglect, or conditions cause by the buyer. The buyer must provide veterinary documentation within 72 hours of discovery and must have complied with all buyer responsibilities in the rest of the contract.
All will include first shots, worming, and microchip.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the breeder, have the pet spayed or neutered at an appropriate age recommended by the buyer's veterinarian.
